Different themes to spark your wonder...
Are you drawn to the wild nature? Set off to discover the animal and plant life of Lapland during a guided snowshoe hike . We will reveal to you surprising anecdotes, naturalist explanations and our interpretation of the signs of the land. At the end of your experience with us, you will have gained a new perspective on the richness of the northern fauna and flora: animal tracks, forest birds and secrets of the arctic trees. Between silent forests, frosty bogs and frozen lakes, every step becomes a meeting with nature.
Decipher the environment
The signs left by the forest inhabitants, will give us the opportunity to blend into their habits to better understand them.
Understanding the fauna
Even when it seems silent, the forest is teeming with life. At the edge of a grove, around a bend in the trail, or through the tracks left in the snow and on the ground, nature gradually reveals its secrets to those who take the time to observe it.
If the observation of wild animals can never be guaranteed, this hike will allow you to better understand their behaviours and the links that connect them to their ecosystem.
Kota Experience
The traditional Finnish kota is an experience not to be missed in Lapland. We will meet at the end of our hike, around a fire to warm ourselves. We will take this opportunity to share some stories about the Nordic wildlife.
